1. Any Educator from University, College, School, freelancer or individuals from other professions can join Diva Queen Trust .
2.You can join Diva Queens by filling membership form available in website (No other means will be entertained.).
3.Chancellors/Vice Chancellors/Principals/ shall be National Advisers for Diva Queens Trust..
4. Her/his minimum age should be 18+ years. .
5.Once Membership will be given it will be forever and if at any point of time any member performs or shows below satisfactory approach/ behaviour, then in such a case Membership of such individual will be considered Null.
Note: In such a scenario the decision of Final authority of Diva Queens Trust will be final and will not be challenged under any circumstances.
6.We expect all our lovely members to send article/ posters/ flyers for the expansion of Trust every month to show solidarity and creativity .
7.It is compulsory to attend conferences/ conclaves organized by us or our promoters or sponsors for promoting unity and togetherness.
8.To be a key note speaker for Diva Queens Trust in conferences, your profile must be approved by HR Manager of the DQ Trust. A certificate of Key note speaker shall be provided,
9.Your membership shall be purely on honorary basis.
10.You will, in no case deemed to be an employee of Diva Queens Trust unless the same is offered to you.
11.You can ask any Educator from university, college, school and from other sectors to be a member of Diva Queen Trust by filling a membership form which is available in our website.
12.You are authorize to plan for any Educational Activity like workshop, conference at city/district/state level with prior written permission and with a proper plan.
13.Membership shall be confirmed after depositing a membership fee and E-membership Card will be issued from the Trust.
14.Diva Queens Trust has right to give membership or not.
15.Diva Queens Trust whatsap groups are made in every state. All educators are requested to join the whatsapp group. Please share only education related material. No wishes, no photo, no cut n paste messages.
16.Kindly read and acknowledge the points, once you send back the letter of acceptance then E-Membership I- cards will be issued.
17.You can not join similar Educational organization. Before joining you have to take written permission from Diva Queens Trust otherwise your membership may be terminated with immediate effect.
18.To be a part of any event of similar educational organization you have to take written permission from Diva Queen Trust.
19.Class X/ Matriculation Date of Birth Certificate along with passport size photograph has to be provided by all Members.
Also submitting the Membership form along with fees is taken as your further inclination and consent to make your promotional videos/ materials/ flyers used in all our social media networks.
20.If in future any Diva Queens Member wants to quit from this Membership then in such a case all the promotional videos/ materials/ flyers of that member will become the property of the Trust and nothing will be deleted/ removed once published and no claim or penalty or cost will be given under any circumstances.
21.All of our Course/Services/Assistance are final and no refunds will be issued. When you pay fees you agree that you know about the NO REFUND POLICY.
